Terms and Condition

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, services, installations, and engagements provided by Celtech Security Sdn Bhd (“Celtech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming an order, making payment, or engaging our services, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Celtech Security Sdn Bhd and all users purchasing or browsing our products.

1.2. By accessing our store or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of
our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Celtech Security Sdn Bhd provides security-related products and services including but not limited to:

  • Smart locks and digital locking systems
  • Smart home system
  • Smart curtains
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Security hardware supply
  • Installation, maintenance, and after-sales support


All products and services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All original content created by Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. — including branding materials, self-produced product photos, layouts, graphics, videos, and designs — are the intellectual property of Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd.

3.2 Certain product photos used in our listings may originate from third-party sources
(e.g., suppliers or manufacturers). Such images are used strictly for the purpose of product representation and resale.

3.3 Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. claim ownership of third-party images. All rights remain with their respective owners.

3.4 Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute Celtech Security’s original content for commercial purposes without written permission.

3.5 Unauthorized use of Celtech Security’s original materials may result in legal action where applicable.

4. Accuracy of Information

4.1 We make reasonable attempts to ensure information such as product descriptions, specs, colors, measurements, and conditions are accurate.

4.2 Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, or display/monitor differences.

4.3 Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for typographical errors, stock inaccuracies, or information omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

5. Product Availability

5.1. All products are subject to availability. Some items are limited to a single unit.

5.2. We reserve the right to discontinue or update any item at any time.

5.3. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. will issue a full refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.

6.3 Full payment is required before installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.4 Promotional prices, bundles, or Purchase-With-Purchase (PWP) offers are time-limited and subject to specific terms.

6.5 We reserve the right to decline any transaction suspected to be fraudulent or
Invalid.

6.6 Payment transactions (via FPX, online banking, or e-wallets) are subject to
verification by your financial institution. Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for delays caused by verification failures.

7. Order Processing

7.1 Once payment is verified, orders will be processed within our standard processing timeline.

7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details before
completing checkout.

7.3 Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation. Once confirmed, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7.4 Errors in shipping information may result in delays or failed delivery attempts. Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for losses arising from incorrect customer information. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges or delays.

8. Installation Terms

8.1 Installation appointments are subject to site conditions and availability.

8.2 Customers must ensure:

  • Door and structure are suitable for installation
  • Accurate information is provided before installation

8.3 Additional charges may apply for:

  • Non-standard doors or modifications
  • Re-installation due to incorrect information
  • Waiting time caused by customer unavailability

9. Product Compatibility & Responsibility

9.1 Celtech will assess compatibility based on information or images provided by the customer.

9.2 Final compatibility can only be confirmed on-site.

9.3 Celtech shall not be held responsible for limitations caused by door material, structure, or existing conditions beyond our control.

10. Shipping & Delivery

10.1 Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days to technicians/ installers excluding weekends and public holidays. Once fulfillment is completed and the postage tracking link is generated, the parcel will be handed over to the courier for delivery.

10.2 Delivery timelines vary depending on the courier service and destination.

10.3 Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery; however, ownership shall remain with Celtech until full payment has been received

10.4 Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for courier delays, failed deliveries, or parcel loss after dispatch.

11. Warranty and After Sales Support

11.1 All Celtech Smart Lock products supplied by us come with a one (1) year warranty period, commencing from the date of delivery to the end user or installation date, whichever occurs first.

11.2 During the warranty period, any product defect resulting from manufacturing fault or component failure (non-human damage) shall be eligible for one-to-one replacement.

11.3 Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, power surge, modification, or unauthorized repair shall not be covered under warranty.

11.4 Customer shall first attempt to resolve minor technical issues via Celtech’s online support service (video or call troubleshooting).

11.5 In cases where on-site technical assistance is required, Celtech may dispatch a technician subject to the RM200 service charge.

11.6 Support and troubleshooting will be provided during business hours unless otherwise stated.

11.7 Replacement or repair timelines depend on manufacturer policies and parts availability.

11.6 Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days from the date the issue is discovered, accompanied by proof of purchase or installation.

11.7 After the warranty period has expired, repair or replacement services shall be subject to additional charges at prevailing rates determined by Celtech.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Celtech Security Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for:

  • Losses caused by improper use of products
  • Third-party interference or forced entry
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12.2 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

13.1. Returns are accepted only in the following cases

  • Wrong item received
  • Major defect not previously disclosed, limited strictly to:
  • Hard or permanent stains/scratches
  • Significant mismatch from the product description

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, videos, and content used by Celtech Security Sdn Bhd remain our intellectual property and may not be used without written consent.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information collected will be used solely for:

  • Order processing
  • Installation coordination
  • Customer support

Celtech complies with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and does not sell customer data to third parties.

16. Force Majeure

Celtech shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, supply disruptions, or labor issues.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

18. Amendments

Celtech Security Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall apply to all new transactions.
