History

Established in 1998, Celtech has built a strong foundation as a trusted import agent and wholesaler in Malaysia’s security industry

In 2003, Celtech was appointed the sole distributor of Samsung CCTV in Malaysia, marking a major milestone in our growth. This partnership recognised Celtech’s technical capability and reliability, allowing us to deliver high-performance CCTV solutions for residential, commercial, and large-scale projects while setting higher standards for surveillance quality and system support in the local market.

In 2009, Celtech expanded its operations to five branches across Malaysia, including key locations in Johor Bahru and Penang Island. This expansion strengthened our nationwide presence, enabling faster support, closer customer engagement, and more efficient project execution while reinforcing Celtech’s commitment to reliable service
and long-term partnerships.

In 2014, Celtech formed a strategic partnership with Aventura Systems (USA) and worked closely with SIRIM and the local Bomba authorities to strengthen research and development efforts. This collaboration focused on enhancing product compliance, safety standards, and system reliability, ensuring Celtech’s solutions meet both international benchmarks and Malaysian regulatory requirements.

In 2020, despite the challenges brought by the global pandemic, Celtech successfully expanded into the smart door lock sector, becoming a trusted smart lock supplier for property developers. This milestone demonstrated our adaptability and resilience, as we continued to deliver certified, reliable security solutions to support new developments
during a critical period.

Since 2020, Celtech has expanded into Smart Door Lock solutions, and by 2024, we have grown into a Smart Home solutions provider. We are proudly working with leading brands such as SAMSUNG, SHARP, LifeSmart, and ZFANX, bring reliable global technology to local projects
